The RecyClass Recycled Plastic Traceability Certification focuses on the traceability of recycled plastics within a process and the verification of a given percentage of recycled plastic content in products.

The Audit Scheme was developed in line with the EN 15343 standard and the principles of the controlled blending chain of custody model as defined in ISO 22095.

All actors of the plastics value chain involved in operations with recycled outputs or products containing recycled plastics, including processes such as compounding, converting, production, or trading may apply.

The origin of the waste must be certified by RecyClass Recycling Process or an equivalent audit scheme, today limited to EuCertPlast.
