Complaints Against E-UNION
If a client has a complaint about the conduct of any E-UNION. Auditor then this should be sent in writing to the E-UNION Quality Manager. If the complaint involves the Quality or Scheme Manager then the complaint is to be addressed to the Chairman of the Governing Board of E-UNION.
Complaints Received By E-UNION Stakeholders
Stakeholders include customers, employees, suppliers, NGOs, communities, government organizations and any other interested parties to Certifications.
Complaints Received By E-UNION About Clients
If complaints are received by E-UNION direct from the users of E-UNION Clients about their products and/or services they will be investigated, this may require a client Visit which will incur extra cost. However, wherever possible investigations will be carried out during Surveillance Visits.
Your complaints will be confidential, anonymous and sent to all the members of ISC committee simultaneously and directly via this Portal and/or this email isc@e-union.cn
